To whom it may concern,

About a year and a half ago, we were shopping for a water system. After a lot of research we decided to buy a system from the Water Guyz, Inc. One of the features that we like about this system is how easy it is to maintain. The only thing required is to monthly fill the brine tank with salt, and to go to your local pool supply, to purchase liquid chlorine for the system. This is something anyone can do.

Before we installed the system we had a problem with our water smelling like sulfur, and being dark brown from the high rained a lot in there sweetie how are you doing tannin in our well. Now our water is very clear with no smell.

Since we installed the system, we did have a couple of minor problems: The first problem that we encountered was ants inside the switch to the well pump. This meant that we had no water. We called Mike late at night on a weekend, and he immediately knew what the problem was. He offered to come out, but he was not needed because it was very simple to clear the ants out of the switch. The second problem was that the chlorine line and a little part called a Duckbill, located that line, needed to be replaced. Mike came out immediately and repaired the problem. He showed me how the next time if this happened, to save a service call, I could repair the problem myself.

We are very happy with our system and highly recommend the Water Guyz

Dear Waterguyz,

I am writing to thank you for the prompt, excellent service I received in my recent purchase of an upgrade to my water treatment system.

Mike and Eric were extremely courteous and professional in their offer of a free water test, the assessment of the needs of my system, providing honest answers to my questions, and the explanation of costs, warranties, etc. I made the purchase after doing some research of my own and once the paperwork was completed, the service technicians arrived within an hour and the system was installed the same afternoon. Plus, they took the time to actually show me how it operates and what maintenance I can do myself (such as adding additional chlorine when needed). The installer also told me about the option of a regular service plan that is available. Much better service than I received from the company who installed the initial system at my home.

With the purchase of my home four years ago I began my first experience with Florida well water. The smell didn't seem to be very strong in the house until the hot water had been running for several minutes. When the installers of the original system were contacted regarding the smell, they stated that the only solution was to place a basket with chlorine tablets in the aerator and add more chlorine every four to six weeks. They also suggested that I have the aerator cleaned once a year. I would make appointments and arrange to be home from work but the technician would be late or didn't let me know he was there or that the work was finished; so after four years the result was that the smell still came through the hot water, the amount of salt I was using was drying out my skin and hair, my laundry was still dingy, rust stains were forming in my bathroom fixtures, and I assumed it was something I would have to learn to live with.

After spending the past week using the water from my improved system, I have no doubt that it is the best home improvement money I have ever spent. The hot water does not smell, my hair and skin feel better, the laundry looks better, and I am sure that the chlorination and filters will help solve some of the trust problems in addition to cutting down the residue and bacteria in the aerator as well as other parts of the system. I am well-satisfied with the product, service, ability to finance the products, and my decision to make this purchase. I wholeheartedly recommend The Waterguyz, Inc. to anyone considering purchasing a new or upgraded water system.
